Verify your domain name has the correct IP address: in a Command Prompt, type "nslookup yourdomain.com" and compare result (IP address) with the IP address shown in your router's web Status page, the TZO client, or the results of the "ifconfig" command (also in the Command Prompt).
If your IP address is correct for your domain, then the basic TZO service is working correctly. If your email is rejected by third parties, there could be dozens of reasons. Email ISP's may reject your email because your system was tested by them and found to be an unsecured mail server, allowing spammers and strangers to spam through your mail server.
Another reason could be the ISP (such as AOL) just does not accept email from servers hosted on a dynamic (DHCP) address; if you are running a production mail server you should consider ordering TZO Outbound Mail Relay (OMR), and let TZO take care of this for you.
(Please note: TZO users would be strongly advised to verify their mail server is not an unsecured spam hole... we can't fix this for you it is on your mail server. If you are unknowingly allowing spammers to use your server, you will quickly exhaust your TZO mail limit and you will not be able to send any mail.)
