The following console screen (shown below) should display:

2) Next, expand the following folders in the System Manger console to locate the SMTP server folder as follows (shown below):
Open the “Administrative Groups” folder
Open the “First Administrative Group” folder
Open the “Servers” folder
Open appropriate Exchange Server name folder
Open the “Protocols” folder
Open the “SMTP” folder

3) Next, right click on the “Default SMTP Virtual Server” node and select “Properties”. The “Default SMTP Virtual Server Properties” dialog box will then display. Click on the “Delivery” tab as shown below

4) Next, click the “Advanced” command button in the “Properties” window.
This will display the “Advanced Delivery” dialog box. Enter “omr.tzo.com” in the Smart Host textbox as seen below

5) Special step for blocked PORT 25 use
If your ISP blocks outbound port 25 (to mail SMTP servers other than the ISP's own) then there is one final step.
Under OUTBOUND CONNECTIONS, look for the SMTP port number. Most likely this is set to port 25; change this field to PORT 2525.
6)Click OK to save your new configuration. All outgoing SMTP e-mail will then relayed through TZO's Outgoing Mail Server, then delivered to the destination MX (other Internet mail servers).
If you fallowed all the directions above, and are still unable to send out through OMR
On Exchange 2003
Navigate to the top of the interface, then right click Exchange Organization, properties, and click Display Routing Groups to see this previously hidden field. Re-open the Exchange System Manager and the Routing Groups folder should appear.
(In Exchange 2000 this should already be visible.)
