Customers trying to run a web server that also use Skype, may have port 80 in use. Skype, by default listens on port 34424, but has port 80 and port 443 as
alternatives. If you are attempting to run the TZO webserver or a third party web server on port 80, it cannot grab the port since Skype is listening. In order to disable SKYPE listening on port 80, go into Skype, and under OPTIONS, and CONNECTION you can disable the "listen on alternate ports" and regain port 80 back.
